17th March 2022…Jason and I went to Durweston to help dismantle Richard Batterham’s salt kilns with his son, Reuben. I painted this watercolour on the spot while this kiln was still intact. Huge blackened bisque -fired pots (all with cracks) adorned the top of the kiln.

April 2024 … all three paintings I submitted for the NEAC (New English Art Club) were accepted at the Mall Galleries, London.
